The Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments is an association of local governments that is committed to identifying, securing, and coordinating local, regional, and federal government projects and programs for the enhancement of our region and member communities.
Black Hawk County MPO Meetings
The Policy Board and Transportation Technical Committee meet jointly. MPO meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month at 10:00 AM in the third-floor board room at INRCOG. In April, the TTC meets separately to program STBG and CRP projects.
Everyone can come to these meetings! If you need special help to join, call INRCOG at (319) 235-0311 at least two days before the meeting.
