Pedestrian & Bicycle Planning



MPO staff actively work to improve and expand bicycle planning initiatives in the Black Hawk County MPO. Staff have extensive experience with trail and bikeway development, pedestrian planning, trail wayfinding projects, on-road bicycle improvements, and safety improvement projects.
